At For The King Endurance & Performance Coaching, our mission is to pursue excellence in training while honoring the One who gave us the ability to move, compete, and grow. We believe in discipline, stewardship of the body, and perseverance through challenges reflect a deeper purpose. FTK combines evidence-based performance science with personalized coaching to help athletes and individuals reach their highest potential.

MEET THE COACH

HUNTER AMES

Hunter Ames is an Exercise Science graduate from Hope College pursuing advanced study in Exercise Physiology at the University of Baylor. Hunter is focused on bridging evidence-based performance science with real-world application.

 

As an endurance athlete and Ironman finisher, Hunter understands firsthand the demands of long-course training- physically, mentally, and strategically. This experience informs the structured, periodized systems he builds for his athletes.
