MEET THE COACH
HUNTER AMES
Hunter Ames is an Exercise Science graduate from Hope College pursuing advanced study in Exercise Physiology at the University of Baylor. Hunter is focused on bridging evidence-based performance science with real-world application.
As an endurance athlete and Ironman finisher, Hunter understands firsthand the demands of long-course training- physically, mentally, and strategically. This experience informs the structured, periodized systems he builds for his athletes.
